The Trump administration continues to pursue legal challenges across several different states concerning voter fraud. President Trump once again took his case to Twitter just a few hours ago.
“REPORT: DOMINION DELETED 2.7 MILLION TRUMP VOTES NATIONWIDE. DATA ANALYSIS FINDS 221,000 PENNSYLVANIA VOTES SWITCHED FROM PRESIDENT TRUMP TO BIDEN. 941,000 TRUMP VOTES DELETED. STATES USING DOMINION VOTING SYSTEMS SWITCHED 435,000 VOTES FROM TRUMP TO BIDEN.” @ChanelRion @OANN

But many state officials have come out in defense of their election systems, pushing back against the President’s claims.
Mark Brnovich (R), Arizona Attorney General, stated that Trump being able to close a nearly 45,000 vote lead after a voter-fraud motivated election recount is “very, highly unlikely.” Brnovich told Fox Business in a separate interview that his office had not found any evidence of voter fraud.
Georgia’s Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, echoed Brnovich, stating that Georgia had not experienced any voter fraud. Meanwhile, the Trump administration and many Trump supporters called for Raffensperger’s resignation.
“I understand half of the people will be happy, half of the people will be sad, but I want 100% of the people to understand that the process was fair and accurately counted,” Raffensperger said.
And in Pennsylvania, Lt. Gov. John Fetterman (D) stated: “And at some point, we all have to collectively accept that yelling ‘voter fraud’ when there is no evidence whatsoever of it is yelling ‘fire’ in a crowded theater.”
In Montgomery County, PA, the Trump administration and RNC filed a lawsuit against the Montgomery County Board of Election to dispute 592 mail-in ballots for “voting irregularities.” Jonathan Goldstein, the lawyer representing the Trump campaign, failed to substantiate their legal basis for the lawsuit when pressed by the court.
“In your petition, which is right before me β and I read it several times β you don’t claim that any electors or the Board of the County were guilty of fraud, correct?” asked a judge. “That’s correct?”
“Your Honor, accusing people of fraud is a pretty big stepβ¦The DNC is coming with good faith. We’re all just trying to get an election done. We think these were a mistake, but we think they are a fatal mistake, and these ballots ought not to be counted.”
The Judge continued, “I am asking you a specific question, and I am looking for a specific answer. Are you claiming that there is any fraud in connection with these 592 disputed ballots?”
“To my knowledge at present, no,” Goldstein said.
“Are you claiming that there is any undue or improper influence upon the elector with respect to these 592 ballots,” asked the Judge.
“To my knowledge at present, no,” Goldstein replied.
Sources close to the President reported that Donald Trump would never fully concede the election no matter the numbers or what the courts say. This doesn’t mean that he won’t step down from power come January 20th, but it means that Trump may never admit a legitimate defeat and continue to use the voter fraud narrative in future endeavors.
Meanwhile, the Biden administration prepares staff and cabinet members. Joe Biden also took calls from leaders of South Korea, Australia, and Japan. Other world leaders, notably Germany’s Prime Minister and the Turkish President, congratulated Joe Biden on his presidential victory.
