After four early state contests, the remaining 2020 Democratic presidential candidates will look to push their remaining chips to the center of the table and go “all-in” for the Super Tuesday primaries on March 3.
Six Democrats—Bernie Sanders, Joe Biden, Michael Bloomberg, Elizabeth Warren, Amy Klobuchar, Tulsi Gabbard—are all that remains of what was once the largest ever for a single political party.
And please, a moment of silence for billionaire Tom Steyer and former South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg—both of whom ended their White House bids over the weekend.
But after Sanders received the most votes in three consecutive primaries and following Biden’s big win in South Carolina on Saturday, the Vegas election oddsmakers have the odds for each of the 14 states voting tomorrow.
The Vegas state-by-state betting odds for Super Tuesday Democratic primaries favor Sanders winning the most states, including California and Texas—the two biggest delegate prizes up for grabs.
Sanders is projected to win seven states in total, plus the Democrats Abroad primary, which won’t be decided until March 10.
After coming off a big win in the South Carolina primary, Biden is now favored to win six states on Super Tuesday. The former Vice President previously was only picked by Las Vegas to win two states.
The only other candidate favored to win on Super Tuesday is Bloomberg—just kidding it’s actually Klobuchar, who is slightly favored over Sanders to win her home state of Minnesota and didn’t need to spend over half a billion dollars to come out on top in at least one state.
Sanders remains favored to win the nomination, according to the 2020 Democratic nominee odds but Biden has gained a lot of ground in the past week, indicating that this may soon turn into a two-person race to the finish.
For now, setting sights on the Democratic nomination will have to wait until after tomorrow’s primaries. Here are the odds to win each state and primary on Super Tuesday 2020.
